Box Perfect products can be ordered on or offline…or a mixture of both!
Prior to accessing our online quotation or order system you will need to set up a Website Login, our simple steps for each process are outlined below;

You can contact a member of our sales or design team at any time on 01255 475964. A member of our design team may need to contact you at any stage within this process in order to confirm/discuss your requirements.
For offline orders, quotations and general enquiries, please telephone our Sales Team on 01255 475964.
A website login is required in order to use our online quotation system. The simple steps below can be followed in order to do this, alternatively, please contact a Sales Representative on 01255 475964 who can set up the account for you.
a. Click ‘Customer Accounts’ on the main menu, you will be presented with two options, Customer Login and Register.
b. Complete the Registration form and click ‘submit’. Upon receipt of your registration, we will activate your Login Account and send you an email to confirm.
c. Once you have received our confirmation email, you can return to our website and login using your chosen email address and password.
d. To receive a custom quotation, browse to your product of choice and click ‘Customise and Buy’. Enter your requirements in the specification form and submit.
e. Once your personalised quotation is live, we will email to notify you.
A Customer Credit Account is required in order to use our online ordering system. The simple steps below can be followed in order to do this, alternatively, please contact a Sales Representative on 01255 475964 who can set up the account for you.
a. Click ‘Customer Accounts’ on the main menu, and log in with your chosen username and password.
b. Within the customer account area, a ‘Credit Account Application’ will be available. Please complete the form and click ‘submit’.
c. We will review the Credit Application and email you once it has been approved; this process is usually completed on the same day.
d. Once you have received this approval you will have access to all of our customer account facilities and online ordering facility.
You can easily request, view and approve your quotations online – at a time convenient for you.
a. Browse to the product you wish to customise and click ‘Customise and Buy’. You will then be directed to a customer login (unless already logged in).
b. Once you have logged in, the ‘Customer Product’ form will welcome you. Select the product dimensions and options to suit your requirements. Once you are happy, click ‘submit’. (Your quotation request can be changed at any time).
c. Once your request has been submitted, we will endeavour to upload your quotation within 1 working day. Once your quotation is available for viewing, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
d. You may then login into your customer account and your quotation summary will welcome you. There will also be a detailed PDF quotation that you can download.
e. If you are happy with the quotation you can simple click ‘Approve Quotation’ and which will instruct us to develop a proof.
a. You will be notified by email when your proof is ready. You may then login and view it as a PDF.
b. If you are happy with your proof, you may click ‘Approve Proof’. If you have a Customer Credit Account you will then be prompted to submit the order.
c. If you do not wish to set up a Customer Credit Account, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your order.
a. Once you have approved your proof you may submit your order at any time by simply clicking ‘Checkout’ and ‘Confirm Order’.
This facility is only available to Customer Credit Account holders.
